Years ago, when I was deployed overseas on an aircraft carrier, my mom sent me a care package. For whatever reason, she thought I would enjoy a nice jar of Fluff. Little did she realize that the navy oftentimes transports packages to the fleet in unpressurized aircraft bays, and the lid on those jars simply doesn't hold back the fluff when all those tiny air bubbles start to expand in the lower pressure at altitude!

Yes, the entire contents of the care package had, in some way, shape or form, been decorated by the contents of that jar of Fluff!!

Mom was embarrassed for years after by that mistake!

Vegemite and Marmite are freaking amazing. I'm currently living with a Canadian guy, really nice dude but he flat out refuses to try Vegemite. Don't knock it till you try it.

BTW I actually eat a lot of peanut butter myself, but never understood the people who mix it with sweet things, that's just plain gross. I eat peanut butter on toast every morning. I have a funny feeling (and I don't know if this is true) that peanut butter in North America tends to be loaded with added sugar, because the stuff we eat down here would taste downright funky with marshmallow - it's salty, not sweet.
a PB/fluff sandwich is really sugar overload, iirc (I haven't had one in years, but my grandma used to make them for my sister and I when we'd stay there for the summer... also, PB + banana sandwiches)... do you guys not eat PB/jelly or candy with PB/chocolate on the wrong side of the world, though?

Some people eat PB&J. In the past couple of years I've seen those horrible Reece's cups show up in stores, but I don't know anyone who actually eats them.

I'd barely qualify either component as either chocolate or peanut butter, but peanut butter covered in dark chocolate from a good chocolate shop is awesome :)
