Fluctuating RAM Voltage

According to HWMonitor, my RAM voltage is reported to be fluctuating between 1.82V to 1.84V every few seconds. It's set to be 1.82V in BIOS. Should this be of any concern to me? Thanks in advance.

.02v fluctuation doesn't seem like a lot to me.
That's well within ±5% voltage regulation.

Thanks for the reply Blain, so even if it is constantly fluctuating all the time but under those limits it's still ok?

But is it actually fluctuating? A meter with a bar graph or, much better, an oscilloscope with digital readout, will tell.

Also chips are tolerant of some variations in voltage, as indicated by this easy-to-understand Samsung DRAM document for kids:
