I firmly believe a professional should not be held accountable at work for what he/she chooses to do in his/her personal life.

What say ye about drug testing?

Personally, I think it's a crock, but if employers can dictate which recreational drug you're permitted to use in your time off (marijuana being off limits compared to alcohol), then this isn't far removed from their interests.

Suppose she had actually posed nude, or worse? Where would you draw the line and say, pack up your stuff?

damn, with trends like this; in 5 years; every single heterosexual male student will be in class every day. Skipping class would be a thing of the past.

i've never had a hot teacher anywhere. not even on campus.

Those pics are, umm, well, racy and hot to say the least, heh.

and LOL @ tiamat's comment. hell ya, hire all hot teachers, and it may work? 😛

firstly marijuana is illegal. alcohol isnt. Your employer should not be able to do anything about what you do in your private life, provided its not illegal.

Where do I draw the line? Nowhere... as long as the teacher isnt doing anything illegal, then all's well. If a teacher wants to pose for playboy, be a stripper, whatever... its their private life.

Giving a fellow head would be legal. If she were online doing that, the principal should just ignore it?

If I smoke pot on my own time, how is that my employer's business?

OK, I might as well show my age.

Spoken:
Oh wow, man !
Wait a second man. whaddaya think the teacher?s gonna look like this year ?
My butt, man !
T-t-teacher stop that screaming, teacher don?t you see ?
Don?t wanna be no uptown fool.
Maybe I should go to hell, but I?m doin? well,
Teacher needs to see me after school.
Chorus:
I think of all the education that I missed.
But then my homework was never quite like this.
Got it bad, got it bad, got it bad,
I?m hot for teacher.
I got it bad, so bad,
I?m hot for teacher.
Spoken:
Hey, I heard you missed us, we?re back !
I brought my pencil
Gimme something to write on, man
I heard about your lessons, but lessons are so cold.
I know about this school.
Little girl from cherry lane, how did you get so bold ?
How did you know that golden rule ?
Chorus
(guitar solo)
Oh man, I think the clock is slow
I don?t feel tardy
Class dismissed

As sao123 mentioned earlier, as long as what she is doing is within the legal realm, there should be no interference by her employers.

Posing nude is also legal as long as she is of age (which it certainly looks like she is), and what do you mean by "or worse"?

You passed over the follow up questions:

Why is that? 😕

The only hot teacher I ever had was in college... and she was already exclusively bangin a different student. 🙁

Ahh! where was she when i was in high school. Im pretty sure the person who ratted her out was some over conservative older homebody with nothing better to do. I dont see how have pictures like that would get you kicked from your job.
