I'm not sure state of emergency is required. Boston has shown the way. Make sure area is declared a weapon free zone and blanket with heavy police presence to keep groups apart. They should be close enough to hear each other because we want to make these assholes as uncomfortable as possible to exist in the US. I also think everyone who attends should have their picture taken and their identity outed. Social media can shame these people to death.

We get these regularly and so does every nation in Europe (apart from nations like Poland or Hungary where these people are already in charge) and the best idea is to have police lock them off because there will be a load of Antifa scum showing up and you really don't want it to go out of hand.

Best bet is to seal off both groups, deal with the shit and then the Antifa riots that always ensue.
