I still say young buck made the worst call out of anyone.

Sure, reeves is in jail, but young buck left a wife and child for antagonizing an old man and stealing his popcorn.

Or for that matter why after the first attempt to grab the popcorn did he sit back down in his chair for 4 or 5 seconds. If he was in fear he wouldn't want to be sitting down and unable to defend himself from the hulking threat.

Nope the guy trys to snatch it he sits up for a split second and then calmly sits back in his chair and pulls out his gun. Not a guy in fear but a guy that's pissed.

It's so bizarre to me that you guys expect a victim to run and hide in the basement with 911 on speed dial, and you want to blame the victim for the attack if they didn't run away.

Simple case of 2nd degree murder here, the victim died BTW, the perpetrator is in jail and was denied bail, he will likely die there for his crimes.

transform the popcorn into a brick or lead pipe you may have a shot at self defense the only thing that gives this guy any hope is Florida doesn't seem to have a lot of reasonable people on the jury as evidenced in the Dunn case.

why you and your ilk think its OK for every argument to lead to a shooting death is absurd. You want to be able to confront folks for your perceived social injustices but if they happen to take offense and throw popcorn at you they are A OK to kill.

Florida oh Florida. I would assume that a jury would do the right thing. But I'm not sure you'd find enough reasonable people in Florida to fill that jury. All the more reason to stay out of Florida.

No need to be the bigger person when you can jut shoot someone who looks at you the wrong way. lol.

The man said that if he was 20 years younger he would have fought the man instead of shooting him. The guy should be in prison for the rest of his miserable life.

Why?

It's a perfectly valid statement. You can't expect old people to be getting into fistfight knock downs with young people. It's a huge disparity of force.

Our self defense laws lay this out VERY clearly, and if he was 20 years younger I'd say he had no legal right to shoot the young buck.

I find it interesting how you thug supporters scream and cry about racism, even though I treat everyone everyone equally. Yet here we are, dealing with a young buck borderline thug, since he's ivory and you can't scream racist you instead lower yourself to this crap.
