Florida drivers are angry... and %^&*#$ crazy!

So this morning, I'm way behind this car, coming up to railroad tracks. As he approaches the tracks, he gets on his brakes, slows down to about 30 (in a 45). I start getting closer, and when I'm about 3 car lengths behind him, he throws both hands in the air, gives me the finger, slams on his brakes, etc. Then proceeds to slow down and get next to me, again leaning over and giving me the finger.

I respond like any gentleman should - I laugh at him and make jack-off motions with my arm. He then waves his phone at me as if to threaten that he's taken my picture and this should somehow frighten me.

Same road a few weeks ago, some guy in the center lane is going maybe 20mph if the wind is behind him - everyone is flying around him. Same thing. Wildly flailing arms and giving the finger to everyone.

Why are Floridians so angry?

What's this new fad of people getting pissed and then taking pictures of you? Some dumb broad merged in front of me the other day without looking and caused me to swerve onto the next lane. She then waved at me like I was at fault.

So I returned the favor by going in front of her and slowing down to 20MPH (in a 50) and didn't let her pass in any lane for about an exit.

Dumb bitch took a picture of me and I lol'd. Didn't even get my plate, she took it from the passenger side.

Now in this instance I think that you are more of an idiot than her. Retaliation is not the answer. If you happened to cause an accident because of your actions nobody would care if she cut you off in the first place. Grow up.
 
Some RR tracks are very uneven so I slow down when going over them.

But thats FL for you lol, and its going to get worse with all the snow flakes.


I had some older guy stop Horizontally on 3 lanes as he was trying to get all the way to the left lane. I was in that lane, I slowed down wondering wtf this guy is doing. And I passed him doing like 20, he was cursing me out ha.

Floridians are not that common; You have to be born here to be one. The problem with this state is that everyone is from somewhere else. When asked why no one has a southern drawl here, the answer is-Transplants comprise much of the population.

There is a round about in Viera and what a clusterfuck that is. We are too stupid to even vote here, so I guess I should not be surprised that no one can figure out how the round about works.

I see opinions in the paper about how they should not have put it there just to save the beautiful old oak tree. Now they want the tree cut down and the road made "regular".

Florida: Where the old come to die, and the crazies come to kill.

Every state has has people believing that stupid myth that all of its native population are geniuses that would never do any of this stupid shit on the road and that its only the invaders making it look bad. The invaders also are the only ones voting for all the stupid ideas.

Well, every state besides Massachusetts anyway.
 
Well all NYers go to FL when they retire, and NYers are the worst drivers I've seen, having lived in 8 different states across the Midwest, Northeast, and South. This should not come as any surprise.

Lets see, living in Ft. Ladeedaa for about 20 years, here is a partial list of near death experiences driving: Wrong way driver (blue hair of course) going down a divided median road, barely missing me and honking her horn at me as she rolled by! Also had a guy going the wrong way down the interstate ( for those in the know, from Atlantic blvd to Cypress Creek as far as I could tell) come over the overpass and I swerved to avoid the fuckhead by about two feet. Had an old man t-bone my new car, which led me to drag him out of the car and almost beat him. Had a friend pull me off of the guy. Welcome to Florida, the worlds largest outdoor funeral home.

If you truely want a white knuckle experience in a car...go visit a Carribean island and let one of the locals taxi you around. St. Thomas...Antigua, St. Lucia. Don't care. Those guys take agressive and bat shit insane driving to levels you never thought possible.
