Floppy Drive wont Work.

you're going to have to give more info than that.

what are you doing?

how do you have it connected?
what does it do?
what does it not do?

does the light stay on?

make sure the cables are connected correctly.
the 0 pin always goes towards the power... unless stated otherwise.

I have everything working right as in hooked up right! I think it is the MOBO! How can I check if its MOBO or not!?! Please let me know.

Then it should be working, no?

Check the bios, make sure the disk controller is turned on and it's set to recognize the drive proper. Does the green light stay on? Turn the connector cable around. Does it try to access the disk but continually say drive is not ready? Have you tried another disk? Do you hear voices from the drive? Call a priest.

Seriously, if everything is working and plugged in the way it should be, as you say they are, then fork over the $15 and buy a new one or switch to CD-RWs.

1. I turned of Drive Seek & Drive Swap
2. There is like a Yellow/Orange light that shows
3. Tried Connectors both ways
4. It doesnt even try to access the drive just says not ready?!?
5. Tried diff disks
6. No voices
