Float charger recommendations?

I'm thinking about buying one. Amazon has a few for under $30, and their descriptions seem to be what I want: hook it up to the battery without risk of overcharging. What do you recommend?
 
I use the same as lsd on the battery for my emergency generator. My battery life has doubled. I was replacing them every two to three years and this one has been in there since April of 2004. Great product.
 
I have one of the waterproof battery tenders for my motorcycle; it's fantastic. Really, Battery Tender is the big name in float chargers and it seems to be deserved. I don't mean that other companies don't make good chargers, just that I've never heard anything at all bad about the Battery Tender brand.
