Has there been any discussion on cisco killing flip? Tried looking for a thread here about it and didn't seem to find anything.

no stabilization - gave me headaches from day 1. 3megabit files (original) would have to be downsampled to up to youtube/etc anyways. so might as well shoot with the iphone (2/3/4)

A reality check shows that Flip was done in by Smartphone video capability. IOW, the market dwindled.

My flip has image stabilization and it works great. I'm sorry to see flip go.

Realy, wow!

I had no idea google would be able to tell me the thoughts of ATLanders, what an amazing service.

Gee, let's see.... your original post asked the question if there were any threads related to the discussion of the FLIP getting axed by Cisco. Who needs a link to a thread when the information is readily available on the interwebs. It's not like AT threads are going to be any fuckin different.

Thanks for making up my mind about helping people such as yourself in the near and distant future. If you are not wise enough to use the web for your answers, then maybe you shouldn't own a piece of technology like the FLIP.

Cheers!
