The thing is, every plane has its own speeds and altitute rules for landing.. like, certain times to put the flaps down(which speed, heigth and percent of flaps).. Without knowing the guidlelines for that specific aircraft you pretty much are guessing anyways no matter how much practice you've gotten I believe.
