I didn't want to start a new topic, so I thought I'd reply here.

I think it's great stuff. It's not ground-breaking, maybe, but I think it's hilarious. This last week's show was priceless.

I too like the rap song the best probably.

ive only seen some of their songs on youtube and they have some good stuff.

i never cared much for tenacious d, oh well

I like this show a lot. The songs are clever and I also enjoy the dry deadpan of the rest of the show. It might not be big, but it definitely has all the makings of a cult hit.

It's a fake reality show with songs, like Tenacious D's and Chris Isaak's old shows.

The D was better though of course :)

I'm almost positive they have a new record out.

The show is funny overall. It's hit or miss sometimes, but it's good for the most part.


It's 10X better than any of there summer sh1t on the network stations..i know that much.

The David Bowie episode was hee-larious.

As someone said, the dry deadpan is key to most of it. I like the tourism posters in Murray's office with captions like: New Zealand ... Why not?
