Flicking screen help

When I installed 40.41 denonator driver, all games in my screen flickers (EX: Battlefield 1942 flicker like hell, warcraft flicker once in a while). The flickers are like when you overclocked the card too much. And I haven't overclocked the card for a long time and the overclock "stats" is probably gone after I installed drivers.

It doesn't flicker before I installed the driver. Now I am back to 30.82, but the screen still flicker when I play games. Is there any way I can fix it? Or the video card is permanently damaged?

System Spec:
PIII 500mhz
256mb ram
Geforce 2 MX400 64mb

look at the texture under "Press fire to start"

And the thing is... it's not only flicker right there, it flickers everywhere the screen all the time.. it gets so annoying

I noticed a similar thing where the textures become like transparent in little blocks at times. Wouldn't descrive it as a flicker though.

but mine "flicker" every half-sec at everywhere
