1) Can you buy the motherboards retail, or only in bundles? and where are good prices?

2) Can you buy the Power Supplies retail, or only in bundles? and where are good prices?

I'm sure you can, for replacement purposes? thanks
 
Also, is it safe to run a PSU out of its housing? I am guessing not because of all the interference (sp) ???
