Man this really pisses me off ! I have about ten people who owe me feedback how do I get these bums to post a feedback for me?!?

just send them an email asking for them to leave feedback. If you haven't left feedback for them though, you really should expect the same.

If you email them and ask for it, you might get bad results.
I'm a Platinum Powerseller, and I never ask for feedback.
If they want feedback from me, they had to post it first. 🙂

That's what I should change my policy to...I gave all these bums a prompt feedback and some are going on to 3 months now.

Oh, I have e-mailed them Nicely also.

I just won an auction and paid immediately after it closed. He wrote me an email saying thanks for the quick payment. Obviously I'm not going to post feedback about him (the seller) until I receive the goods... but shouldn't he be leaving feedback that I was a fast paying buyer ? I have 0 feedback right now (only bought 2 other things on ebay)...

No. He should wait for you to receive it and say it's in order and you're happy before leaving feedback. I've had people lie about receiving something broken and then neg me when I call them on it. Since I had left good feedback I had no recourse.
