Thread necro! Just got a 2-pack off Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/mberry-Miracle-Fruit-Tablets-10-Count/dp/B002JANPDI/
$15 for 10 ($1.50 per tablet) or $25 for 20 ($1.25 per tablet). Did an impromptu flavor tripping party with some friends at dinner tonight. Didn't have all of the ingredients I wanted, but was enough to get a feel for it:
Greek yogurt = tastes the same
Cream cheese = tastes like butter, meh
Blue cheese = same
Lime juice = same
Dried blueberries = same
Lemon juice (didn't have actual lemons) = tastes like a lemonhead mixed with a mega warhead
Cherry tomatos = tastes like a weird but good sugary strawberry. We were popping these like candy after the first one!
Frozen strawberries blended with water (VERY bland pre-tablet) = OH MY GOSH. It tastes like a Jamba Juice with an extra cup of sugar in it.
Grapes = like the most overly-sweet sugar candy ever, I couldn't eat more than a couple because it was so tongue-bogglingly sweet
Takes a few minutes for the tablet to completely dissolve on your tongue. One guy downed 16 ounces of strawberry smoothie

(which tasted like sawdust before, like zero flavor) Definitely feels like a violation of physics somehow, haha. I have a big list of stuff to try from reddit, so when I go shopping & have more people over, I'll have to try stuff like actual bits of lemon & vinegar and stuff.
It's super fun to try for a one-off thing. I could see this being big with people who are sugar-sensitive, like diabetics, because this way there's no added refined sugar & you're getting 100% of fiber from the fruit to help compensate for the natural sugar. I'm going to try making some dessert parfaits using foods that get a strong reaction from the tablets...that would make for an awesome healthy dessert with loads of flavor but no white sugar or other junk in them.
