Too much "reality" for me. VH1 has had much "better".

What exactly does flav have to offer? He's barely famous, he has no style, no class, and the way he acts I don't think he has that much money. He does drugs, has a previous family and tells these women that he will cheat on them. Am I missing something?

Ok, I will admit, the way I watch TV when something really good isn't on(85% of the time) I watch pretty much all the channels in 5-10 minute chunks, with more frequent returns to the "better" channels. So even though I really don't like the show, it still entertains me in small amounts.

The best chunk I saw was when Flav had the girls make him fried chicken. It gets to the last girl and it zooms in on her opening it with a dead chicken lying in the package. This girl flips the f- out, I mean, really starts loosing it. She's almost crumbling on the floor, crying and sobbing. She starts explain that when she was younger a chicken pecked at her legs and I quote, no joke, "scared her for life" so she can't even look at a chicken without having a panic attack.

Pure gold.
