Ya you are correct. Bugbear unfortunately loss the rights to Flatout when Empire Interactive went belly up and Zoo Games ended up with the rights to Flatout. Then Zoo Games had financial problems and now publisher Strategy First has the rights to the Flatout name.http://store.steampowered.com/search/?publisher=Strategy First Inc.&snr=1_5_9__408
