Flat panel wall mount - recommendations?

I am hoping that you all out there will have some recommendations for a good cheap flat panel monitor wall mount arm.

Short arm would be preferable (the desk is against the wall and I don't want the arm to put the monitor out into my face). I do want two axes of movement or pivot (tilt and swivel), as well as two axes of positioning (x and y). (That is why I talk about a short arm; it seems that the arms the just move in the X axis can be pushed all the way back against the wall, nearly flat. But I would like to be able to adjust the position in the Y axis at times.) Being able to rotate the monitor (it does do a 90 degree rotation on its current stand) would be a bonus feature, but I don't think it is required (I can't say that I have used that feature yet...but maybe someday.) The monitor is a 19" display (not sure exactly how much it weighs).

I have done some poking around but without really being able to see the darn things it is hard to really know if they would work. I also did a search here in this forum and didn't find anything.

Any advice on brands, styles, links to sellers pages, etc., would be appreciated.

Thanks!
