Flat Panel Stands with mount...

I live in an apartment and I am about to buy a new TV stand since my roommate is moving out, he owns the current TV stand, I need to buy a new one. I like the ones that have a mount on the stand so I don't have to make holes in the walls or have the hassle of having to remount when I move in less than a year.

Are there any pros/cons that I should look for when buying this type of tv stand?

I like mine. Mounting my 46" Samsung on the wall was feasible at my current place and I found this option to work well. It allows me to mount the tv up high and gives me three shelves (top shelf for center speaker, middle for cable box and dvd player and the bottom shelf for my receiver).

Seems kind of high up. I like eye level if I'm sitting down. But, if you like that.

I've heard of people wall mounting flat TV's over the fire place. Thats too high for me.

Costco is currently selling an A/V stand w/ attached universal TV mount. It's 3 tier glass top w/ cable management. The glass surface is not equal on all 3 tiers, it increases from bottom to top. Sells for $200. It's really nice looking.

I think integrated TV mounts are nice 'cause you don't have to drill holes on your wall and the cables are concealed w/o buying other accessories to do the job.
