These are just like the flat panel speakers that Benwin features. Cheap? YES they are, in price and quality. They have nice treble, but that's about it. They lack bass and power, and the seemingly stylish flatness is really just cheap craftmanship. Don't buy'em. Go for more quality in the range of $30-60.

I have the Benwin flat panel speakers, and absolutely love them.

I think they sound great at all levels, and the bass is absolutely fine (usually keep it not too high or maybe then its a little distorted, or maybe im just white and dont like a lot of bass <but i do listen to rap on it>)

Anyway, I got these "for free" when they were $60 at buy.com back in the GC days and coupon days.

Nowdays I see them going for anywhere from $8-$25 on ebay, but I'd reccommend them definitely if you could get them for ~$20 shipped.

I don't know about the ones in this ad tho, they look crappy, go for the Benwin if your going to get flat panels, my 2 cents
