I have three Surefires and love them... Whats your inteneded use for it? As a general purpose light or do you have a more specific reason? The G2's are ok, but prefer either the E2E or E2D if you intend to use it on a regular basis...

If your interested, I can put you in touch with a great SF dealer and he can get you some pretty good prices, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about SF products... Just PM for the info...

I have a Surefire at work (military) for power outages, and it's very nice -- tough and bright.

For high intensity work at home, though, I use my dive lights. 🙂 I have an 8 D cell one that will blind you.
