When I attempt to play a DVD using PowerDVD 4 in full scrren mode, everything seems to flash; every couple of frames, it looks like there's one that just goes all bright. This does not happen when it's windowed. My specs are: Athlon 1.2, Shuttle AK31A, 3D Prophet 4500, Toshiba 16x48x.
