Actually, my complaint isn't the strobing. It's the fact that the ad is a flat-out lie. They claim "you are a winner" but if you actually click it, it asks for an e-mail address. Look at the terms and conditions and they say flat-out--this is not a contest or giveaway. When you put in your e-mail address you're simply signing up for spam. You have "won" junk mail.
Try to close the window and you will be deluged with enough pop-ups to put porn sites to shame.
