i recently flashed my motherboard to the F7 bios...its a gigabyte 8IRXP...
it has dual bios, so you cant mess it up, but i want to DOWNGRADE my bios and it isnt seeming to work...
my system is just unstable and does random things, and my windows xp dual boot doesnt work anymore either, but that may or may not be connected to this...
how on earth do i re-flash my bios to F4 instead of F7?
