Flashing my SATA controller

Hey.

Is there a flash tool for all flash chips in the universe, because i cant find one for my SiI 3132 card. The manufacturer Digitus has slapped a "EON EN29LV040A" 4Mbit flash chip on it and the SiI flash tool doesnt recognize it. Helps appreciated.

It has a RAID bios and i want the normal, and there arent any normal cards in stock here.
