lol i feel dum asking this question but how do u flash the bios?

Every mobo and system mfr's web site has explicit instructions.

Your best bet is to go to the Mobo's website and read their instructions while aquiring the latest BIOS...most Mans have it on their site...rember if it ain't broke then no need to fix it.
