Flashing BIOS without using floppy?

i want to update my bios on my neo2 but the thing is id never updated any BIOS in my life ; (...
is there a way i can do it from a CD? i kno i have to make a bootdisk first ... iduno blah im lost need help

Since you have an Asus board you can go to asus website & get their utility to flash from windows.

you could also flash using a usb thumb drive. i just flashed my laptop using one since it had no floppy.
