Flashing Bios. HELP

Okay heres the deal, My freind wanted to update his bios. So he flashed it to a newer version. We think he used the wrong bios and now he has no video. Is there a way to reflash the bios to his old one or somehow undo what he did?
He has a ABit NF7S.
I really hope that motherboard isnt shot because of that.
Any help would be great.

You may want to try removing the cmos battery and jumper for about 5 minutes then try to see if you get video back.

Being a newer board the cmos chip is soldered to the board so I dont know if you could replace it easily.
Good luck.
