Flashing AMI bios???

Hi
I am doing something wrong, and I need some help
I am trying to flash the bios of ECS KS5A board. I am creating "pure" boot disk with only command.com + bios files (.rom) + ami flasher.
However when I am trying to run it it gives the folowing error message:

Error 2 - file does not exist

I am sure I've got the correct bios version (my board has the LAN onboard)....+ I have the newest ami flasher off the ECS website...
I hate AMI, I whish everything is Award...
 
Never mind!
I have figured this out already!

after the name of the flasher, type the name of the file TO flash in a command mode!
