Flash Video

Looking for a good program to snag flash video and convert it over to an Ipod Touch. I've looked at a couple of sites but need help from the pros. One that sticks out is Replay A/V 8. It doesn't matter if there is a cost involved. Looking for something good.

forgot to mention I have Roxio Creator Pro 2010 and it can snag movies to an extent but don't know it you can snag flash, ????

Instead of a program, how about a firefox addon?

You can probably convert to the ipod format with a program like Handbrake.

I also use the same add-on AfurryReptile referred to. It gives you options to download .flv or .mp4.
