Flash RAID benchmarks?

Does anyone have links to reviews or benchmarks of flash drives (USB, SATA, PATA) in different RAID formats? I would anticipate that 4 multi-GB in a RAID-0 would result in superb performance, but have seen nothing to prove or disprove...
