Is there anyway to extract sound or video frim a website that is Flash?

im not sure, but you can use a sound recorder and capture anysounds that your computer is making.

yea... but then the sound quality depreciates.

Can't you save the SWF, then open it in Flash and mess with its individual parts?

Also, if you're recording sound entirely without running it through a microphone and saving as a high quality WAV or something, the quality wouldn't depreciate.

You can do it via SWF Decompiler ... but you need to have the SWF first.
