flash player on mac 9

if someone cant view flash based web sites like rr.com on a mac 9 with ie, and that person already installed the flash plugin, does that mean the browser is incompatible with flash ?

IE 5 for Mac is compatible with flash. I suggest crawling through IE's preferences or trying to install the Flash plugin again. It can be found here.

(On a sidenote, I'd install another browser like Mozilla 1.2 because IE 5 for Mac wasn't a very good browser in my opinion.)
