Yes.

Updated fine on Windows. The OS X version installed, but the plugin crashes with any type of content, including the Flash version check page in Safari and Firefox. Uninstalled, then clean installed and also tried the beta, but none of them worked. I see others are having similar problems on the Adobe forum.

through pepper api in chrome maybe, firefox[all other browsers using npapi?] is stuck with a life support version

That's the Mac version is it not?

The latest version I see for Windows is 13.0.0.182.

The Windows version was not affected and not updated since the initial version 13 release.

flash player 12 on firefox was pretty slow I've found. Hopefully this fixes it, but I've moved on to chrome anyway.

From my experience...it does not. In fact, as I mentioned above the plugin has gotten worse overall.

I haven't really seen any slowness in Flash/Firefox except for much older machines. Which sites are you seeing it on?

Watching that video (or even the ad videos), causes my Flash Player 13 to crash sometimes.

Strange but it could be something on that page with the ads on that video because I tried FF and Palemoon and it said could not load plugin, plugin not found!

I didn't install the initial version, but I can confirm the updated version I installed today works fine on my Mavericks Core i7 iMac.

Holy hell, it seems like since 12 there have been five or six updates to address 0-day exploits making it more vulnerable than Java and at least JRE has a built-in whitelist now. This coincides with the uptick in infections I've had to clean up since January.
