EDIT: Done with 13. Also pretty easy.

Hint: You can use the prism for both beams.

LOL, I'm a complete moron. I sat there on #12 for at least a half hour, and got so frustrated that I walked away from it for a while. I came back to it, and got it first time (werk's confirmation on the first splitter being before the first light also helped!)
