I also posted this in General Hardware...

I bought a PNY USB Flash Drive which comes with NO software. I noticed that some DO come with utilities. Are there any generic utilities available for backup/restore, security, etc...?

Lexar has a whole series of Secure Flash drives. They come with software - and provide you with a private partition on the flash drive and a public one.
