Flash card corruption? *fixed*

A friend asked about this. He's got an XD flash card; it worked last night, now it looks like this:

He said most of the files show as 62kb and 63kb.

Is there any hope of recovering anything from it?


Edit: Yup, there is hope. He found some program online that did the trick.
