Regards,
PS: My maiboard is AZ11.

nope, you will need a bootdisk with DOS on it, maybe you could boot over a network and the try to flash again.
if nothing else works, you might be in for a new BIOS. you can order them from some place online, dunno the name, but try google.

I don't know what bios the board uses, Ami or Award.

If you have an AMIbios, copy the ROM file to a floppy and rename it to "AMIBOOT.ROM" Power on with the floppy inserted and (you may have to press the [ctrl] + [home] key combo and) then leave it for a few minutes. If you hear a series of beeps, it's done. Then restart the PC

If this board has an Award bios, create an Autoexec.bat file on a floppy with the following lines:
@ECHO OFF
@AWDFLASH BIOSFILE.BIN /py
Also copy the Awdflash.exe file and the ROM file. Insert the floppy and hopefully it should repair the system block. Reboot

All the above is assuming you haven't destroyed the boot-block

yep, there seems to be a problem with no boot from a floppy.
unless somethings wrong with the IDE controller you might be in for a new BIOS chip.
