in the CC ad it says that all $20 greatest hits/platinum hits/player's choice games are 2 for $30. However they are ringing up at 2 for $10. How do i know this? I'm at work right now ringing them up. Sorry if this was posted, i didn't have time to search, as i'm just on a quick break.

I say slight YMMV because my manager just caught wind of this mistake...which means an email may have been sent out.

Edit: how are the games suposed to ring up? at $5 each or is the discount taken after 2 are rung up together and totaled? games were ringing up at $19.99 each when i was checking them...

Sounds like you're not a gamer at all. This is for console: PS2, Xbox, or Gamecube. Advertisement insert mentioned on pages 10 and 11.

ALRIGHT, here's the story. CC is only 3 miles away from my place so i went right after i read the post. I grabbed 2 Xbox games (Tenchu & Guity Gear) just to try if this is true, and yes it did ring up to be $4.99 each. (you have to buy 2 at a time.)

basically, EVERY GAME rings up $4.99 if you buy 2 at a time.

as soon as i walk away, an employee came by and asked his manager about the 2 games promotional stuff, he was grabbing HALO2 & MGS3 to try it out. and holy world it did turn out to be $4.99 each! LOL. the manager figured it was a price mistake and told every employee there to not honor it.

DANG I ALMOST GOT HALO2 & MGS3 FOR $4.99 EACH!!!

SO GO TO YOUR CC NOW, GET THOSE!

That's interesting. Only the $19.99 games in my store rang up at the cheap price. I tried two $14.99 games and it didn't work. There were also other people in line that had to drop a few games because they didn't work.

it didn't work with the the non greatest hits games, and all of the greatest hits games were sold out.

Confirmed in Oregon. Grabbed 4 games for $20. There are tons of greatest hits games there.

All 19.99 PS2, XBOX, GC games are ringing up 2 for $10!!! I picked up 10 and my bro in law got 4 more!
Can't beat that price with USED even!

LOL! I was just getting from buying my 5.00 DVD player at radio Shack and was thinking about returning my DVD I got from CC on BF !!! Why didn't I ...... smoking deal ... wonder if it will be dead on mon?
