The most mesmerizing music performance I've ever seen on late night TV! Not limited to The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon.

How.. did they control the fans & fabric to do that??

Update:
Full episode linked by Gibsons

Or straight to the performance here

Fans blow, fabric moves. Nothing mind blowing about it. The just had all the wind blowing into the middle of a circle. :whiste:

I feel like I'm missing something. It's just sheer fabric getting blown around and a not particularly interesting song.

this, + NIN like strobing.

I thought I was watching a NIN/HTDA performance last night.

Just watched it again, while on break. Performance holds up but for anyone who hasn't seen it: for best experience have a drink first and watch at night 🙂

I was impressed with the level of control. The fabric & fan control were designed by Daniel Wurtzel. He calls his works "air sculptures." He did the paper tornado in the closing ceremony of the Sochi Winter Olympics.

It's pretty interesting, love good stage work. The lighting/fan/fabric combination works really well.

Song is meh.
