fixing scratched screens on devices?

Is there any way to fix a scratch on the screen of a device like a cell phone or mp3 player?

That's for CDs, not screens. It works because it scratches away the layer of plastic. Toothpaste is gritty, like sandpaper. You don't want to use it on LCDs.

You might be able to use one of those automotive plastic adhesives that they use for bumpers and the like.

I used it on my N82 and it worked.
