Fixing refresh in 41.09?

In this thread here someone gave a link to fixing the refresh rate on the new 41.09 dets, but I can't seems to find the article on the page. Can anyone tell me how/send me a more direct link to fixing the refresh rate problem?

Use Refresh Force, the universal refresh rate forcing utility that works at the monitor level so it'll work on any video card and on any driver.

another question: what's a good refresh rate setting? i tried 72 hz I think and my screen wasn't compatible. i'm using 1280x1024 on the desktop.

As high as possible. I usually use 85 Hz although I don't mind 75 Hz just for 3D gaming.
