FIXED: sp2 prevents my wireless to autostart.

ever since i installed win xp sp2, my internet connection won't work unless i click on apply changes on my SMC2802W WLAN utility (it's a monitor type of thing), but the thing is that i have not made any changes, but i simply have to click it each time the system boots up. it also shows that there's a link and a signal, but the internet won't work until i press the button. this never happened prior to the sp2 installation, does anybody know how i could fix this?

edit: nevermind! it's fixed, apparently WZC was the cause of it, after turning it off/disabling and rebooting, my wireless was able to connect by itself without me pressing apply changes (whereas there was NO changes made). i've seen a bunch of other people with similar problems, so my 2 cents is to try disabling WZC.

yeah it should, but it's automatically on when windows xp is installed, and likewise when sp is installed i think, and some people arent aware of it, so just a heads up for those who arent aware
