Hello all, I did a search and can't find an answer to my problem.
I am tryin to install Windows 2000Pro into my SATA drives. I hit F6 when prompt and was able to load drivers from floppy. But here's when things get weird. After I chose my Nvidia Nforce Controller, Windows keeps loading other drivers, like Adaptec, SCSI, floppy, etc. After all that it prompts, Installing Windows and I get to the "Do you agree to these MS terms?" Hit esc to exit, F8 to agree. Well, when I hit F8 nothing happens. I can hit ESC or page down, but not F8. I tried this with several keyboards, and still no dice. Another weird thing is that while the "Installing Windows" prompt comes up, my floppy activates, and it looks like Windows is trying to install to the floppy? Please help as this is driving me nuts.
I tried multiple floppys/and keyboards, same thing. Here is my system specs:
Shuttle SN95G5
AMD64 3500+
1GB PC3200 Mushkin Lvl 1
WD Raptor 74GB
Seagate 200GB SATA
NEC 2510A
ATI Radeon 9700Pro
Windows 2000Pro
