FIXED: Mozilla 1.3a: "An error occurred reading the startup configuration file..."

Mozilla 1.3a is giving me this at startup (though if I click OK it starts):

"An error occurred reading the startup configuration file. Please contact your system administrator. line 79: SyntaxError: illegal character."

The 1.3 beta released a couple days ago. Why don't you give it a try?
It should be better than alpha in term of stability.

1.3b gave me the same error until I deleted the default profile (and its associates files) and created a new one. Perhaps the answer is along those lines regardless of version.
