FIXED****IE Content Advisor Password Recovery

A while back I obtained the "tool" to reset the password in IE. I dont know how mine got locked but the tool helped me out. That was a long time ago. I found out recently that a friend of mine has the same prob, only he cant access the internet at all with the browser. He can get mail using outlook, but thats it. I could tell him to use another browser but he's hours away and I'm not sure he has one to load.

does anyone have the "tool"?

Thanks

Update:
found the file i needed thanks anyway

I think this is what he did....

The following steps will remove any password set in the Content Advisor and allow you to reset the program to its original state.

Run Regedit
go to H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Policies/Ratings

In the right pane of the Regedit window, you'll see an icon called Key. Click on it and press Delete.

Restart the computer and run Internet Explorer, then choose View and then Internet Options, Click on the Content tab and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything; just click on OK.

This will disable Content Advisor because there's no longer a password.
