I agree, great cover. I like both the original and this cover, but the FFDP version kicks ass.

Musically it is a good recording. I have a problem with covering the song "Bad Company" by Bad Company. Seems like that's something they should reserve exclusive rights to. You are not Bad Company, you should not get to cover "Bad Company." Meh, oh well, rock on.

However, the original Bad Company is much better than this.

Can't believe they attempted to bring a bad song back, but still... did a decent job of it. As decent as can be done.

The Ataris did a much better job of remaking "Boys of Summer"

Meh.. like the song that's the topic of this thread the Ataris version pales in comparison to the original recording. In fact the Ataris version of BOS sounds like it's done by some cover band playing at a lounge in a resteraunt while the band that the topic of this thread is about at least is doing something for those who serve our country
