I have an Antec NSK6580 and the Norco SS-500 5x3 SATA backplane.

The Norco will not go into the external bays because of all the drive tabs etc. Whats the best way to make it fit? I read some people use saws to cut off the tabs but I don't know how to do that, and even if I did I'd be afraid of doing damage to my new case.

There are no screw holes or anything else on the Norco itself. And once it does go in, how does it stay there?

There are screw holes. The drives are going to vertical. Look at the pictures, the screw holes are on the top. Means the drives will go 5 across.

Other than that, I don't know what to say.
