So my company is doing a promotion with FitBit. I can get a Zip for free OR a Flex for $50, which is half off.
I've never considered getting a fitness monitor before this so this is all new to me.
The features the Flex has over the Zip is "active minutes" tracked as well as sleep and a sleep alarm clock.
A recent health goal of mine has been to get better sleep aka go to bed on time to get a full 8 hours. I'm not sure a watch would be worth $50 to help me with this.
Does anyone have the Flex Fitbit and care to share about it?
