So, given that this seems to be a popular ad, has anyone successfully found an establishment offering such a service?
 
I thought most states were getting them banned recently because you couldn't sanitize the fish after each procedure so might be a lot harder to find them now.

a few mins later... WTF? Kind of stupid and cool at the same time. That must tickle.
 
Never heard of this before, but it reminds me of the giant barbs in african lakes that eat parasites off of hippos, clean their teeth, ass, etc. The hippos will get into a certain part of the lake, sit still, open wide, and the giant barb fish will take the signal and do their thing.
 
WTF. This is real?

I thought these were just spoof ads that take you to some shady groupon affiliate or something!!
